Hey guys :) It has been two days since I have returned from my adventures on the East Coast and I have to say, there is apart of me that wishes I was still traveling but I am also extremely excited for the adventures that are to come with the start of school on Monday! Already it seems as if everything is sailing smoothly since I have returned and I have great confidence in the future! So, how is your Friday going? Mine has been absolutely wonderful! I worked, bought a bag that was originally $35 for $10 (yay for amazing deals!!! There seems to be quite a bit of them lately) and finished up some Summer reading. I also look forward to a dance I'll be attending tomorrow. Have a wonderful weekend!

The Last Of My Adventures.....
Hey guys :) Has it not been a wonderful week so far? I cannot believe how quickly it has flown by but I have created memories and built new relationships which will stay with me forever. I cannot begin to thank all of the individuals that have been involved in my entire vacation experience this year. From my family and dear friends to the new friends I have just built relationships with, I couldn't have been able to feel as much love, hospitality and kindness as I have this past week or past few weeks. Thank you to the Sarah, KC, my grandparents, cousin and aunt for the opportunity to come and visit you this year and the previous two years. Before then, I never had the opportunity to travel and it overjoys me to know that you all are willing to give me these experiences and memories. Thank you to my new friends for improving my adventures and I look forward to being in touch! I hope the rest of you have a wonderful Wednesday and I look forward to my return to California!
Synergy! I told you guys I would become a CEO, leading my own business meetings!
The most adorable little girl on the planet! I will really miss her!
Haha. I had to make a serious attempt at maintaining a strait face.
My final day as an intern. One thing I want to do once I get back is become an intern for a law office or an office.
The list that is completely hand written, six pages, in complete order with page numbers included for each individual lesson for he Sexual Embarrassment coarse.
The fruit of my labor, two large binders full of freshly printed, completely organized lessons and a six page, handwritten list. As I was going through and checking that everything was in order because of the printer fiasco on Friday, I spotted quite a few mistakes that no one else had noticed. Such as incorrect headings or titles....
Once an intern....
Now a CEO! Notice the difference in size of my new desk?
The most adorable and darling little girl EVER! I will miss my "little sister" and I look forward to seeing her grow!
Sporting my new haircut and pants at the Arlington National Cemetery :)
The eternal flame.
Look at this view?!? It reminds me of Pemberly.....now where is Mr.Darcy?

The ceremony of the Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers. All I know is, one of the unknown soldiers was used in WW2, to convince the Germans that the Allies were going to attack from a different side of the Normandy beaches, thus, they dressed an unidentified American officer in a German uniform and placed fake documents with the body. Interesting..right?

My First Internship/ Having Fun In DC
Hey guys :) How was your Friday? Mine was awesome! I started my day as an intern at the Armed Forces Services Corporation with one of my dearest friends, Sarah. The internship was wonderful and I had a lot of fun and I look forward to doing it again this Monday when the terrible printer and I meet again. I then walked around downtown DC with my other dear friend KC and I literally walked the entire national mall...in a skirt. We also saw the White House, an art museum behind the White House and the National History Museum! I also stood exactly where I stood one year ago, yesterday in front of the National Capitol! I ended my day of adventure by attending a pool party with some of my new friends, I went to their house, had fun in the hot tub and stayed out until 2 am watching Jane Eyre and other movies. Then we told creepy ghost stories :) That sounds like a fantastic and adventurous Friday if I ever knew one! Thank you KC and Sarah for the wonderful opportunity of visiting in DC, I love you guys!
My future house guys...
I was seriously tempted to start rocking out on this piano but the rsik would have been too great...
A dress for success, made of keys.
The new dress that I purchased, isn't it beautiful?
I made a new friend at the museum, he said he wanted to go on a lunch date and I absolutely couldn't refuse.
KC still has plenty of evolution to get through if he wants to catch up with his new friend.
Danielle Hellmuth, today an intern, tomorrow a CEO.....
The stupid printer which gave me a paper cut and which broke down TWICE but also printed very nicely when it was working.
My awesome and very dear friend, Sarah and I. It is never difficult to have a great time with her or KC.

My favorite meal EVER! Grilled Cheese.
One year ago yesterday, I stood in this exact same spot in front of the Capitol and I looked completely different.

A Little Taste Of Music
Haha, I was going to share this awhile back but I was lazy and busy so I'm going to do it now :p One of my best friends took this while at my piano lesson and I don't think it's that great partly due to my lack of talent and because the piano is out of tune but if I am going to blog about my life I might as well share a video of me doing one of my favorite things! This also isn't the entire video but enjoy!
Some of DC and Tennessee
Hey guys. I have been in DC for the past four days and before that I was in Tennessee for a few days as well. Yesterday, I had the most exciting day of my entire vacation. I visited the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum! That was my first all day adventure in DC and it has been a dream of mine to go for quite some time. I didn't take that much pictures because they didn't want you to take pictures...they also didn't want you to touch things but we all do things we are not supposed too every once in a while. ;) Besides that, all I have been doing in DC is caring for my friend's little girl. I also had a blast in Tennessee because for three days I had fun hanging out with my favorite cousin, Chantay and her boyfriend. It was wonderful to chill out and enjoy hilarious company. I also had the opportunity of riding and caring for horses which was fun. I hope everyone is having a great Summer! Enjoy the last few weeks :)
This was a really cool room where you could read and hear a little bit of a few Holocaust survivor's experiences in the camps.
This was one of the many inspiring messages on the walls. I took a picture of this one because no one was looking and there weren't any cameras.
The famous collection of shoes. The Nazis took these from prisoners and Jews when they were undressing for the gas chamber and when an individual was chosen for forced labor. After the Nazis took everything from them, they were given a pair of shoes that were too small, to large or didn't even match. Some survivor even recall having wooden clogs with no socks. That is a guaranteed disaster for blisters and terrible, aching feet. Especially in the winter.
I'm so lucky, I get to hang out with this darling cutie all day!
My cousin and I before we went out to eat. Isn't she gorgeous? I really miss her!

I hate this picture but it's the only one I have for evidence that I actually took care and saw horses. My camera died so I only have this one....
This was an awesome day! I was a guest at my first wedding (yay! I have always wanted to attend a wedding and I finally did!) and afterwards, my cousin, her boyfriend and I walked around Downtown Knoxville and went looking in stores. My cousin loved this sign because she loves horses. My cousin and I before we went out to eat. Isn't she gorgeous? I really miss her!

Road Trip
Hey guys! How is your Tuesday going? Already, mine has been exhausting, stressful but also adventurous. As a part of my vacation this year, I am taking a 9 hour road trip to Tennessee! So far, everything is going great. The past two hours have past quickly and now I am in Georgia but there is still quite aways to go. I say the day has already been exhausting and stressful when it's not yet 11:00 am in the morning because last night I had to put my foot down while in the middle of an argument with certain individuals back home and now I have to worry and figure things out in the middle of my vacation. Because of the drama which occurred last night I couldn't sleep. Although, on the bright side, I can sleep while on the road! Have a wonderful day! :)

The Exhausting Experience of Making Supper
Hey guys. Tonight I decided to help my grandmother out by making supper. I now understand how exhausting it can actually be and I have thus decided that in the future, I will never volunteer to do it again. I decided to make grilled cheese sandwiches, homemade tomato basil soup and cheesy zucchini rice. It was plenty of work but at least my grandmother finished all of her work! :)
